This programme includes: 1:1 Nutrition Coaching: Personalized guidance to improve your diet, fuel your body, and support long-term well-being. At-Home Fitness Program: A custom workout plan tailored to your goals, ensuring you stay active and consistent, no matter where you are. Weekly Check-Ins: We’ll connect every week to assess your progress, and I’ll keep an eye on your progress throughout the week to offer additional support and adjustments when needed. Monthly 1:1 Personal Training Session: At the start of each month, we’ll meet for a one-on-one session to review your program, celebrate milestones, and introduce new challenges to keep you on track. The Feel Good Programme is your personalized roadmap to a healthier, more confident you—combining fitness, nutrition, and expert coaching to help you feel your best.
