Having spent much of our lives desperately praying to the gods of calories and cardio, we’re all too familiar with diets—the ups and downs, the hard work, and the endless restrictions. The thought of dieting has become uninspiring, and for good reason. Traditional diets don’t work long-term for most people. Instead, we need a practical approach that’s tailored to you. That’s where we begin.

I’ll create a personalized positive nutrition plan aligned with how you already eat, helping you lose body fat and build strength—without being obsessed with restrictions or calories. This plan will help you get stronger, maintain your energy, and gently lose body fat in a way that lasts.

​

We’ll make small, monthly adjustments to build on the positive eating habits you’re developing. The ‘Adapt’ and ‘Evolve’ approach ensures steady, consistent progress that becomes second nature. We’ll also add simple strategies for handling social events, meals out, and alcohol, so you can enjoy life while reaching your goals.

​

I’ll be by your side at every step, with weekly check-ins to make adjustments, tackle any challenges, and ensure steady progress for lasting results. We’ll stay connected through your nutrition app, so the information and data you use is always yours. I personally love Nutracheck, but we can also connect on MyFitnessPal, so I can see exactly how you’re doing.

Book Your Consultation Session:
We start with a complimentary consultation where we’ll discuss your current eating habits, goals, and any challenges you face.

​

The best time to book your consultation is a couple of weeks to a month before you want to begin the plan. This allows us to gather additional data on your eating patterns using a nutrition app that will support your progress.

​

Your Personalized Plan:
After your consultation, I’ll create your first month’s nutrition plan. We’ll then schedule a 30-minute kickoff call to walk you through the plan and answer any questions, so you’re ready to start.

​

Weekly Coaching:
Each week, we’ll have a 15-minute call to review your progress. You’ll also reflect on your journey through a weekly WhatsApp check-in. This means you’ll have two scheduled touchpoints each week. Additionally, I’m available for any questions over WhatsApp and will check in at least three times a week via the nutrition app to monitor your progress.

​

Flexible Commitment:
We work on a month-by-month basis. Most clients see great results within two months. This approach is the opposite of a short-term diet; it’s not something you do just in January and then abandon. You might find you want coaching support a few times a year to continue embracing positive nutrition and achieving your goals.

​

A month of coaching is £135, and you can cancel at any time for the following month.

Super High Support:
A coach is essential for maintaining consistency, providing accountability, support, and guidance. I work with a coach for my fitness and nutrition, and my coach has a coach. Get coached, get results.

You’ll also join a supportive community of incredible women who are committed to positive nutrition and changing the narrative around health.

Improving your health and fitness should enhance your life, not restrict it. We offer strategies that make it easy to be consistent and make progress, even with life’s demands like socializing and eating out. Your nutrition plan will work hard for you, helping you reach your goals without sacrificing your lifestyle.
